Bharat Electronics Ltd., a PSU Navratna company, will install Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) for Underground and Over ground buildings at Pan India locations. Estimated cost of this project is around Rs 134 crore. The company has invited tenders for this project which will be implemented in all its 10 structures all over India. However, foreign firms are not allowed to participate in the bid.
Work will also include Civil Construction and Internal Electrification works and installation of DG Sets, UPS, EMP Protection system, Blast Protection System, Electrical Power Distribution System, CO2 Removal System, Access Control and CCTV system, Fire Alarm, Detection and Suppression system and PA system and Passenger Lifts and Scissors/Goods Lift.
Further, work also includes Provision of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning). Single agency will not be awarded works at not more than three locations.
