India born architect Murali Bhaskar has been appointed as one of the judges for this year’s Dulux Colour Awards, which is now in its 32nd year. Murali is a director at New Plymouth, New Zealand architectural firm Boon Goldsmith Bhaskar Brebner Team Architects. Miriam Fanning (founder and principal interior designer of Mim Design); David Hicks (director of David Hicks); Katelin Butler (editor of Houses AU magazine) and David Flack (founder of Flack Studio) are other members of the Jury.
Founded in 1968; Boon Goldsmith Bhaskar Brebner Team Architects is now a 4th Generation practice having offices all over New Zealand. Murali Bhaskar, a Bachelor of Architecture from Manipal Institute of Technology, is known to take a hands-on approach to project leadership. He has more than three decades of post qualification experience in architecture.
In its 32nd year, the Dulux Colour Awards is Australia and New Zealand’s premier showcase of inspirational colour application in built environments. The awards program shows commitment to the design and architectural community by recognising and rewarding creative and innovative thinking in industry projects. Architects, Designers and Specifiers are invited to demonstrate their imaginative use of colour and submit their work when entries open for the Dulux Colour Awards 2018.
