Budhaditya Mukherjee has been made Country Manager, Asian Paints Lanka Pvt Ltd, part of India’s largest paint company, Asian Paints Ltd. Budhaditya, a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology Calicut, will be handling overall management and operational aspect of the company and will lead a team of 200 people. He will be responsible for maintaining stakeholders interests and also for the financial performance of the company.
Before shifting to APL, Budhaditya was Country Director and General Manager of Asian Paints (Nepal) Pvt Ltd, another group company of Asian Paints. He headed the Nepal company for eight years. He was also Head of Sales, Asian Paints (Bangladesh) from 2006 to 2010. He joined Asian Paints as Logistics Officer – Retailing, in 2000. With four successive assignments in different SAARC countries, Budhaditya has become a specialist in SAARC region with a varied on ground experience of working in India, Bangladesh, Nepal & Srilanka.
