According to HR experts, it may take several months for real estate job market to open up though the situation now is far better than one seen during April-June period. Baljit Singh has been appointed as Vice President Operations at Brookfield Properties, a fully-integrated, global real estate services company. He will be stationed at Gurugram in Haryana and will be responsible for the New York based company’s India operations.
Barnali Sengupta has been appointed as Senior Vice President at ANAROCK. Having worked in companies like Apeejay Surendra Group, DLF and JLL India, Barnali has nearly two decades of professional experience in real estate industry. Barnali has Master’s degree in Economics with specialisation in Statistics and Econometrics from University of Calcutta and has done Harvard Accelerated Leadership Program from Harvard University.
Manish Goenka has been appointed as Vice President at Sobha Realty, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Manish has more than 15 years of experience of working in various industries and is skilled in sales, marketing, general management, business development, business strategy, leadership, and team management. He is B.E. in mechanical engineering from Dayananda Sagar Institutions and an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
