Knight Frank India has appointed Sathish Rajendren as the Chief Operating Officer of Facility Management Services, Knight Frank India. Sathish recently left Cushman & Wakefield where he was Senior Director & Head of Asset Services, to join Knight Frank India. It may be recalled here that Knight Frank India recently inducted Ram Devagiri as Executive Director and Head of Facility Management Services (FMS) in its efforts to bolster the Facility Management business.
Before joining Knight Frank India, Sathish Rajendran, FRICS, MCR, DMS, MBA, CFM, had worked at Cushman & Wakefield for eight years in various capacities. Sathish, a Senior Business Leader & Insead alumnus with over 16 years of rich experience in Facilities, Property & Asset Management and Corporate Real Estate, is also Program & Learning Director, Board Member & Part of India Conference Task Force, CoreNet Global.
