Soha Parekh, Director of Raycon Group and co-founder of WorkLoft

Ms Soha Parekh is the Director of  Raycon Group, an Indo German venture and the co-founder of one of the earliest co-working spaces in Mumbai – WorkLoft. A true entrepreneur at heart, Soha has helmed the inception of a space that is geared towards creating a collaborative environment for startups, professionals, freelancers, aspiring entrepreneurs. The multifaceted entrepreneur has also been on the managing committee of Indian Merchant Chamber and Indus International and has authored two books ‘Saris – Splendour in Threads’ and ‘Moments and Milestones’.

With a vision to create a space of enabling possibilities and playing a catalyst for a community working environment, Soha launched WorkLoft in 2015. Her core-team consists of the highest talent from IITs, IIMs and Ivy League colleges. This diverse group of young, enthusiastic professionals with distinctive experience in international property consulting firms and MNC’s are the supporting forces behind the success of WorkLoft.

The cornerstone of WorkLoft is in its offerings. From sophisticated German interiors & high-quality administrative support to using smart management tools for organisational tasks, WorkLoft’s integrative management system is beneficial for all clientele and staff.

Soha Parekh’s venture is part of the $40 billion co-working industry. Gaining momentum since 2015, WorkLoft has been actively working building a creative, collaborative & knowledge-based environment for everybody – from freelancers, entrepreneurs to startups captivating the professional ecosystem of the city. Her vision is to expand to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India, where small enterprises and startups can benefit at a national & global level from the infrastructural and administrative advantages that  WorkLoft offers.

With WorkLoft, Soha has successfully created an intellectual salon with community-driven work culture for creative minds and strives to further magnify this concept across the country.
