Two railway stations in Bangalore, viz., Bangalore City and Bangalore Cantt., will be redeveloped under Railways’ redevelopment plan. National Projects Construction Corporation Ltd (NPCC) has been retained as project management consultant for both the projects by the Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Ltd (IRSDC). NPCC has invited tenders from the agencies of National repute for the work of Architectural planning and engineering /technical services for the work of development / redevelopment of both the Railway Stations.

The scope of work includes, detailed Architectural and Engineering / Technical Consultancy services, viz. Topographical survey, Soil investigation, collection of all required data, Design, Drawings, Preliminary & detailed estimate, Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) with all studies as per site requirement & Client requirement including all approvals from concerned & statutory authorities. , Technical Specifications and market rate justification along with rate analysis & quotations for fixing of Construction/executing agencies, issuing of good for construction drawings and details, providing technical assistance during execution etc. Complete for work of Architectural planning and engineering / technical services for the work of development / redevelopment of Railway Stations under Indian Railways of Bangalore City and Bangalore Cantt.

Projects will be completed in 30 months’ time. Tender documents can be downloaded from https://npcc.tenderpro.in.  While the estimated cost of Bangalore City project is Rs 323 crore, Railways will spend Rs 46 crore on Bangalore Cantt. Project. The last date for submitting bids is 28/05/19.
