Arch Concept planning for construction of new NACIN project

Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a Notice Inviting Bids for Consultancy services for Master Planning and Architectural Concept planning for construction of new National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) at Palasamudram, Anantapuram District, Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of work includes:

  • Preparation of detailed and comprehensive Architectural Master-plan design, drawing and layout for the whole campus in detail for the facilities to be planned under Phase-I with general schematic lay out and provision for future expansion.
  • Preparation of conceptual Architectural and services design and drawings including quantity surveying, bill of quantities and specifications etc. for all common Bulk services (Civil & Electrical) and Bulk Developments (Civil & Electrical) including main arterial roads, pathways/walkways, cycle tracks and landscaping of whole Campus under Phase-I(including academic and residential zone) with provision for future expansion.
  • Preparation of Preliminary Architectural design and drawings, quantity surveying, bill of quantities, specifications etc., for all the proposed buildings, structures, facilities, internal and external services of the all buildings in Academic Zone of the Campus under Phase-I with provision for future expansion.
  • Design Brief for Architectural and Engineering design for preparation of Master plan layout and detailed planning of the buildings, facilities, structures of Academic zone and common Bulk services and Bulk development works of new campus.
