Architectural consultancy required for Railway auditorium at ChanakyaPuri

Ministry of Railways has invited tenders for Architectural and other consultancy services for construction of Auditorium and ancillary buildings at ChanakyaPuri, New Delhi in connection with New Delhi-Construction of Auditorium at National Rail Museum. Total value of the tender is Rs 1.83 crore.

Preparation and submission of plans in connection with various buildings of auditorium complex comprising of auditorium, foot over bridge & road over bridge, convention centre, conference halls, administrative blocks, strong room, isolation room, rest house and other buildings etc. for the proposed auditorium complex ChanakyaPuri, New Delhi as per Railway requirement & to obtain approval from concerned authorities e.g. NDMC, DUAC, DDA, Fire Deptt., Airport Authority of India, Forest & Environmental clearance & Vista Committee etc. preparation of model for submission to local bodies as per their requirement, detail design of structure, preparation of working drawings for water supply, sanitary installation, plumbing arrangement, circulating area, landscaping etc., preparation and submission of Detailed estimate, BOQ, tender document, completion plan, detailed drawings of internal and external finishes, facades, acoustics/audio visual, landscaping, HVAC, sewage/water supply, lighting, concept lighting communication security (CCTV & access control etc.), fire fighting, solar energy and other renewable energy system etc., waste management, linen management, water harvesting etc. and other relevant papers of all the works to obtain the approval of local authorities for completion certificate.
